The team at Petals & Paints knows how to provide the best customer service. They were friendly and welcoming when I arrived. We looked at my order and realized there was an error. Wendy was quick to offer a remake of the bouquet. Both Wendy and the other gentlemen working were engaging and kind. They went out of their way to ask about the event for which I was getting flowers. Wendy even remembered the reference to a diamond in the card I wrote for my daughter and added a diamond straight pin to the bouquet. The gentleman offered help out to my truck and both were so gracious. You don’t find customer service like this very often and growing up in a family business, I am very appreciative of all of their efforts.
